Native Group Facilitator at Golden Gate Recovery, Novato, CA

Our team is seeking a dedicated and culturally knowledgeable Native Group Facilitator to lead a weekly cultural group session at a men’s Substance Use Disorder (SUD) facility in Novato. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in recovery by providing culturally centered support and guidance.

Position Details:

• Location: Novato, CA

• Facility: Golden Gate Recovery

• Schedule: 1x per week, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

• Session Duration: Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate a culturally relevant group session focused on the needs of Native men in recovery.

• Provide support and guidance in a way that honors and integrates cultural practices and traditions.

• Engage participants in meaningful discussions that promote healing and personal growth.
